Cancellation Policy
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may require rescheduling and may be subject to a late fee.
Please notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, kindly reschedule. The same courtesy will be extended if I need to reschedule due to illness or emergency.
